Canvas Group opening index allows for shiny white 3D objects on a starck black background to capture your attention instantly. Why so? Unusual. When something is evaluated as well executed – you tend to want to know more. Makes you curious. So advice to those building their online presence – do keep this in mind. It doesn’t take a 1k layers feat – but something standing out and memorable.
Another interesting aspect – on mouseover – each object acts as section / expertise highlighter. Too bad the metaphor was not carried over throughout the site – would have increased understanding of the second level navigation.
Like that you can zoom in and out of project and the People & Culture area is a must see: kidz pix and personal objects populate the space allocated to introducing each member of the team.
